Pommes De Terre Iowa Style (Potatoes)
Coarsely grated or ground raw potatoes flour grated onion salt pepper Light cream Butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish. Amounts are not given and it depends on how many people you are serving. Put grated or ground raw potatoes in casserole dish. Quickly layer with the sprinkling of flour, grated onion, salt, and pepper. Cover all with light cream. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover to brown.
