Default Blueberries In Raspberry Sauce

This is fabulous. I served it in a stemmed glass with the berries,
then a scoop of vanilla ice cream and I topped it with a crumbled up
Pepperidge Farm Milano cookie. It was great and so easy. I'd serve
this to company anytime.

Blueberries In Raspberry Sauce

Recipe By: Jacques Pepin
Published in: Fast Food My Way

1 box blueberries
raspberry jam
cognac -- or water
vanilla ice cream
cookie

Blueberries in raspberry sauce with ice cream. Any berries are great
for a summertime dessert. Mix some blueberries in a bowl with
raspberry jam and a little cognac or water. Spoon into cocktail
glasses, top each with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and serve
with a cookie.
