Just Plain Corn

Last Thanksgiving, I came across a recipe for a simple corn dish that had
whole kernel corn, chicken stock, onion, and bacon, I think.
It was enjoyed by all - even the younger members of the family but I
cannot find the recipe now.
It was a very simple recipe, was not a casserole nor a chowder, just a
vegetable side dish.

Subject: 3 Dip Med Bread
From: Sarah Shore

3 dip med bread
I've had this appetizer before at moxies restaurant and it is amazing!
the bread is pita like toasted with herbs. i know rosemary is one.
there are 3 dips one being a tomatoe, garlic, basil, and oil, thats what
I've guessed on that one. the other dip has cream cheese, garlic, grated
carrots from what i could tell. (it's a thick dip) The 3rd dip is a yogurt
base i think and there is grated cucumbers and garlic in it. hopefully
someone has this recipe!

Crock Pot Candied Sweet Potatoes
I know I use sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, water and a bit of
lemon. Just don't know exactly how.

Subject: Yam Pudding
From: Pamela

Yam Pudding
This recipe was made with yams, brown sugar, eggs, orange juice, and
marshmallows on top. I'm sure there may be another ingredient or two, but
this was THE best "sweet potato" casserole I've every had. It was made to
fit in a small baking dish, i.e., 8 x 8 because it was so rich...just a
little was all you needed. I'm crushed because I had this recipe for
YEARS, and it got tossed out somehow. Thank you!

Subject: Cortland's Potato Rolls
From: Lisa Messmer

Cortland's Potato Rolls
Years ago, I had found a recipe in either the Woman's Day or Family Circle
magazine for Cortland's Potato Rolls. I have used it over the years but
never was able to memorize it. It called for the water used in boiling the
potatoes and made the most delicious rolls ever.
I hope someone can help me find this recipe again.

Thanks!
Lisa
