Sweet Honey Apple Pork Chops
8 boneless 4 oz. pork filets 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup dijon mustard 2 green apples 2 Tbsp garlic salt Heat oven to 375 Core and thinly slice apples Place pork flat in a baking pan w/ a lid Evenly pour mustard over the pork, turn pork and repeat Evenly pour honey over the pork, turn pork and repeat Dash garlic salt over the filets Cover with apple slices Add 1 cup of water to the pan (careful not to directly pour onto the filets or apples) Bake for 45-50 min, turing filets haflway Salt and Pepper to taste -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D.
