Probably 3 kinds or more. Slice small onions in thin slices. Dice green and red peppers to your liking. Slice a stalk of celery very thin. 1 small jar of sweet pickle relish and add 1/2 cup sugar to the relish. Mix this all together and put in refrigerator overnight. Stir again before serving, drain slightly and place in a pretty serving bowl. Wonderful! You can add 1/4 cup vinegar if you want it more sharp/ keeps well.
