Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup chocolate chips Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into the butter and sugar mixture. Stir into chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
