Default Alfredo Sauce (2) Collection

Alfredo Sauce


Alfredo Sauce

1/4 pound (1/2 cup) sweet butter, melted
1 cup heavy cream, warmed
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
8 oz. Fettuccini or Angel Hair, cooked
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour over warm pasta. Add shrimp or chicken and
toss to coat. Serve immediately.



Alfredo Sauce

8oz. package Cream Cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk

In large saucepan blend all ingredients over low heat until smooth. Sauce
is ready to pour over hot pasta.
