Peggy's Spicy Congealed Salad
Recipe By: peggy V8 Juice Raspberry Jello Horseradish Read the directions on the package of raspberry jello you have. Substitute the amount of water called for with V8 juice. Use it just as you would the water so part of it will be heated to dissolve the Jello. Then add horseradish, tasting all the while to get the amount of heat and tang you want. Remember you'll need more after it's cold. Put into a ring form. The center of the congealed salad is lovely filled with chilled sweet/sour pickled vegetables.
