Default Bangin' Beans for The Fourth

Bangin' Beans for The Fourth

Recipe By: Willy Rays Bar BQ

1#10 can Bush's Baked Beans -- this is the big can
2/3 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 1/2 cup Onion -- chopped
1 cup Bell pepper -- chopped

The beans are already cooked. Mix all the ingredients together and
place in a covered baking dish. Cook in the oven only, not on the
stove top. 45 minutes in a 350F should be enough to soften the
peppers and onions.

We always have baked beans with Bar B Q in Texas and this is always
served when we cater off-site.
