Tangy Mustard Dipping Sauce
Dipping Sauce For Beef
Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce


Tangy Mustard Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
hot pepper sauce (optional)

In small bowl, combine all ingredients, chill, covered at least 1 hour.



Dipping Sauce For Beef

3 Tbsp. sugar
2 red or green chili peppers, seeded & finely chopped
4 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. water

In a small mixing bowl stir together sugar, red or green peppers and
garlic. Stir in lime juice, vinegar, soy sauce and water. Makes about
2/3
cup.



Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

2 Tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 onion, minced
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger, minced
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dash hot sauce

Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add onion, garlic and
ginger.
Cook and stir 5 minutes or until soft. Cook until sugar dissolves.
Remove
from heat and stir in peanut butter, coriander, ketchup, lemon and hot
sauce. Blend until smooth.
