Hi,
I have a note to White Mountain on this, but thought this group might
have the information at hand. I have White Mountain ice cream
freezer. When I was given it, there was a small recipe booklet
included. One of the recipies for a vanilla ice cream has become a
favorite and now I can't find the booklet. The White Mountain web
site has a number of recipes, but nothing matches this one. The
closest is their "Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream", but in the
booklet, the eggs are separated, with the yolks being used in making a
soft custard while the whites were added later. I also believe the
amounts of cream/milk were exactly opposite what is on the site.
Obviously I'm looking everywhere for the booklet, but thought someone
on this group might have a copy of the original (in the booklet it was
one of the first -- though probably not the very first -- provided).
