Toasty Crab Appetizers

Serves 36
Recipe By: buzanko

1/2 pounds crabmeat -- cooked
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
6 slice white bread -- toasted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

Remove cartilage from crabmeat. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice
and crabmeat. Remove crusts from bread. Spread crab mixture on each
slice of toast. Combine cheese and crumbs; sprinkle over each slice- Cut
each slice into 6 pieces. Place on a broiler pan 3 inches from heat.
Broil for 2 minutes until brown.

Yields 36 appetizers.
