Peanut Butter Chocolate Cuppycakes
1 box of cocolate cake mix (and ingredients on box)(replace vegtable oil with APPLESAUCE) 1 small container of peanut butter 1 chocolate frosting 1 bag of peanut butter chips approx. 30 cupcake cups non stick spray Preheat your oven as directed on cake mix box. Mix cake mix as dirested, but use applesauce instead of vegetable oil. Add half a bag of peanut butter chips. Line cupcake pan with cupcake cups and spray cups very quickly with non-stick spray. Fill bottom of cup (about one centimeter) with cake batter. Add about a nickel sized amount of peanut butter. Cover with cake batter up to one centimeter from the top of the cup (make sure peanut butter is compleatly covered) Bake as directed on cake box. Take out and let cool. Mix the chocolate frosting with half a cup of peanut butter. Frost cupcakes. Top with 3-6 peanut butter chips and enjoy! -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
