I recently ate in a restaurant in Austin Texas called Manuel.s. I had
Chile Rellenos del Mar which was delicious. I am looking for recipe for
something like this. It was a poblano chile stuffed with crab, shrimp and
small scallops in a chile cheese sauce. It was soooo good.

I love of Pepe's Carne Asada. My daughter and I both order it, usually as
"suiza", with cheese & sauce on top. I've tried to duplicate tis skirt
steak at home and can't get it right. Does anyone have this recipe?
