Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Serves/makes: 18 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 1or 2 bananas 2 Tbsp sour cream 3/4 tsp baking soda 2 cups flour 3/4 cups chocolate chips Beat sugar and oil together. Add egg and beat. Add mashed bananas and beat thoroughly. Add sour cream and soda to mixture. Stir in flour and chocolate chips-batter will be lumpy.Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 min @400 degrees f. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
