MMMMM----- Now You're Cooking! v5.77 [Meal-Master Export Format]

Title: Biscuit Mix
Categories: breads
Yield: 1 servings

10 cup all purpose flour
2 cup shortening
1/3 cup baking powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

In a bowl stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, and 2 teaspoons
salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store
in an airtight container for up to 6 weeks at room temperature, or
for up to 6 months in the freezer.

Title: Bisquick
Categories: breads
Yield: 13 servings

9 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup double-acting baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
2 cup shortening; like crisco

sift baking powder, salt, cream of tartar, sugar with flour 3 times.
Cut in shortening until mix is consistency of cornmeal store in
covered containers and store at room temp. (I put the shortening in
my freezer for 30 minutes then put it in the processor with the flour
