Default Easy Crumb Cake

I've make a similar crumb cake often - substitute milk for the water in
the cake mix, what a wonderful difference it makes to the texture of the
cake. Almost like a bakery crumb cake only quicker.

Crumb Cake

1 box yellow cake mix

Crumbs
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Crumbs: Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, butter, and cinnamon. Mix
cake according to package directions, but substitute milk for the water
called for on the package. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake cake at 350
for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and put crumbs on top. Bake for an
additional 20 minutes.
