Default Chicken Tortilla Soup

Chicken Tortilla Soup

4 chicken breasts
1 large can of low sodium chicken broth
Mix chicken bouillon with water to cover the rest
1-2 large cans of whole tomato
1 white onion
cilantro
1 lime
1 jalapeNo (or more if you like it spicy!)
garlic powder
cumin
cayenne pepper
chili powder
salt & pepper
Sour Cream (optional)
Avocado (optional)

Cover chicken with cajun seasoning or salt/pepper and cook in a countertop
grill or boil with seasoned water Fill crock pot or large pot with broth
and water. Put in cook chicken Slice the onions into chunks, slice the
jalapeno, and squish the tomato into the liquid. Put in as much cilantro
as you like and then put in the juice of one lime. Put in 2 tablespoons
of cumin, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook until onions
of tender. Put into a bowl and top with some lime juice, some cilantro,
sour cream, avocado and some broken tortilla chips.
