Default Cucumber Dip

Cucumber Dip

3 medium cucumbers
1/2 small white onion
1-8 oz. cream cheese
approx. 4-5 tablespoons real mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste.

Set cream cheese out, so it can soften. Peel cucumbers and slice
lengthwise, don't cut in the seed part, cut slices into small chunks. Cup
up onion into small chunks. Place cream cheese into medium bowl, stir
until smooth, then add mayonnaise and mix well. Then add cucumbers, onion,
salt and pepper. Refrigerate dip for at least 2 hours, the longer it sets,
the better it will taste. Serve with thick plain potato chips.
