Curried Crab Quiche

(Filling)
1 lb. crab or crawfish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. chopped onions (finely)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 cup cubed swiss cheese

(Wet Ingredients)
3 eggs well beaten
3/4 c.milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together pour over the filling.
Makes one pie.bake on 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until light brown and
set. Cool slightly and cut into wedges serves 6
