Cool Drink For Kids-Milk & Green Jello

A Cool Drink

Milk and green Jell-O mix may seem like an odd combination, but it paid
off with a $10,000 scholarship for a 10-year-old Georgia girl who won a
national contest sponsored by the National Dairy Council. Molli Harris of
Froston, Ga., took the flavors of Key Lime Pie and turned them into a
unique entry to the Mix It With Milk 'n Jello-O Contest.

Here's her concoction:

Pour 1 cup fat-free milk into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Add 2
tablespoons lime-flavored gelatin; cover; and shake until blended.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons graham-cracker crumbs, and serve immediately.
