A slightly spicy, lemony sauce for salmon patties. Makes

Prep Time: approx. 5 Minutes.
Cook Time: approx. 15 Minutes.
Ready in: approx. 20
Minutes. Makes 1 cup (8 servings).

2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the
