Fresh Cranberry Relish
Fresh Cranberry Relish
1 pkg (12oz) cranberies or fresh picked 2 oranges 2 apples cored 1 lemon or lime 20 oz can of crushed pineapple and juice cups sugar Grind cranberries, oranges, lemon and apples together and put into large bowl! Add 20 oz can of crushed pineapple and juice and 2 cups sugar. stir well. Cover, refrigerate overnight, stirring on occasion.
