Default Ro-Tel Chicken

Ro-Tel Chicken

1 pkg lg flour tortillas (6)
4 lg chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, and boned
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (diced tomatoes and green chillies)

Line bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan with 2 tortillas. Top with 1/2
chicken (cut into small pieces). Add 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 can of
each of the soups, and 1/4 cup green peppers and onion. Repeat layers.
Top off second layer with 2 more tortillas, making sure to cover all
ingredients. Sprinkle with last cup of cheese and pour Ro-Tel tomatoes
over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
