Default Basil and Garlic Potato Bake

Basil and Garlic Potato Bake

2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp pepper
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs. potatoes, sliced with peel
1 can chicken broth

Place sliced potatoes in a 9x13 inch pan. Add chicken broth and
other ingredien ts. Toss well to coat. Bake at 325 for 60 to 75
minutes or until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed.
