Herbes de Provence

from NY, US

3 Tbsp dried marjoram
3 Tbsp dried thyme
3 Tbsp dried savory
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp culinary dried lavender

Mix all and keep in a sealed jar, in a cool, dark place.
Yield: less than 1 cup.
Use in any recipe calling for this seasoning.
