Pizzaburger recipe late 60's early 1970's

Elementary school cafeteria favorite. East Liberty in OH. We all loved
pizzaburger day. Meat was browned and crumbled served open-faced on
grilled
buttery hamburger bun with cheese I think and maybe tomato sauce base on
bun.
