Default Cranberry Cake

Cranberry Cake

1 pkg. of yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can (16 oz.) Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. In large
bowl, blend cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, yogurt and oil. Beat with
electric mixer on high for 3 minutes. Scrape bowl often. Spread 2/3 of
batter in prepared pan. Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over it. Spoon
remaining batter evenly over cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake
45-50 minutes. Cool on rack for 30-40 minutes.
