Default Salmon Spread

Salmon Spread

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 16 oz. can red salmon, drained
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

With mixer, combine cream cheese and salmon until smooth. Add onion,
horseradish, lemon juice, and liquid smoke. Stir to combine. Cover and
chill for several hours.
spread chopped parsley out onto a large sheet of plastic wrap or waxed
paper. Turn chilled salmon mixture out onto it. Turn and roll salmon
mixture until covered with parsley. Serve with crackers or Melba toast
rounds.
