Default Zesty Seafood Spread

Zesty Seafood Spread

Yield: about 2 cups

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup (about 1/2 pound) chopped cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, sea leg)
4 sliced scallions
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery

Thoroughly combine cream cheese, chili sauce, lemon juice and hot pepper
sauce; stir in seafood, scallions, red bell pepper and celery.

Use on: crackers, bagel chips, pita crisps, in sandwiches or filling for
celery.
