Rhubarb Pie
Hatch Chili Tacos
Crimini souffle and all other things crimini
Harry & David's Onion Pepper Relish
Lemon Pepper Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

From: Ellen Karaffa-Taylor
Subject: Rhubarb Pie

My mother used to make the best rhubarb pie and I used to have the
recipe for it. It has been long lost and my mother could not remember
it. It was made with lots of eggs and sugar with saltine crackers. It
made the rhubarb taste sooo good. It was baked with only the pastry
crust on the bottom. If anyone knows what I'm talking about or has a
recipe close to that, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Subject: Hatch Chili Tacos

Looking for a recipe for "Chili-Rubbed Beef" using Hatch green chilies and
chuck or shoulder roast. The meat is shredded and placed in a soft
tortilla
with chopped onions and cilantro. We had this at Chuy's Restaurant in
Austin, TX. Thanks!
