Ginger Dressing

This is a wonderful oriental salad dressing or sauce for chicken or rice.

20 servings
10 min 10 min prep
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons gingerroot, minced
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup water

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well. Serve on top of
salad, rice or your favorite dish. Enjoy.
