Cranberry Fruit Conserve With Grand Marnier
===========================================
3 Cups Cranberries
1 Tart apple, peeled and diced
1 Orange, peeled and chopped
2 Cups Granulated sugar
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Chopped walnuts
1/3 Cup Grand Marnier or other
Orange liqueur

In Saucepan, combine cranberries, apple, orange, sugar and water. Bring to
boil and boil gently over medium high heat for 15 minutes of until
cranberries are tender. Stir in walnuts and liqueur. Remove from hat. Pour
into hot, sterilized jars. Process in boiling water bath. Test seal, cool
and label. Store in a cool dry dark place.

Servings: 4
