Hi. I'm having a small problem with the texture of a pepper jelly
recipe. It's evidently a proven recipe that ends up with a jelly that is kind of like shampoo in texture. What I want is to be able to 'cut off a chunk' and not have it run all over the place. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks. FR |

It could be lack of enough pectin, not properly processing the jelly after adding the prectin or a bunch of other things. |
