Default I Have a Pepper Jelly problem

Hi. I'm having a small problem with the texture of a pepper jelly

recipe. It's evidently a proven recipe that ends up with a jelly

that is kind of like shampoo in texture. What I want is to be

able to 'cut off a chunk' and not have it run all over the place.

All suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

You need to supply the recipe and directions if you really want help. It
could be lack of enough pectin, not properly processing the jelly after
adding the prectin or a bunch of other things.
