Default Herbs. Help please.

I planted Rosemary, wild marjoram, parsley and thyme in about May/June time.
They are all doing really well and I'm wondering if I could cut some off the
plants and dry it in paper bags so I have dried herbs for winter. As I am
nut and sesame seed allergic I can't buy dried herbs safely. Also, could I
freeze some herbs and if so how?

You might try some of the many herb jelly combinations. Ball's Blue Book has
some and so do most of the other canning texts. You might try a google and see
what you come up with. I did try the orange-thyme jelly but did not care for
the taste. Didn't even finish the jellyifying part. But a wine/herb
combination sounds good. The garlic jelly was intriguing BTW.
