Default Homemade hot sauce

We've had so many questions and various answers today that I thought I
would do a search on "bottling hot sauce" just to see what I could find.
One site had a good answer that tells me the way I've done it about the

Note: This is about hot sauce made with hot chiles, not about BBQ sauce.
