Default Avocados

I got a real deal on ripe avocados this morning. About 15-20 lbs for
$1.80. Now I need to get them processed. What is the best way to do
this?

You can mash them, adding a little lemon juice to prevent browning, and then
freeze in batches. Thaw some when you want to make guacamole or use in
another dish as an ingredient. What a great deal...
