Default re-processing black currants

I made a batch of black currant jam last week but the juice didn't set up.
Can I unseal the jars and reheat addingng pectin and recanning in new clean
jars/lids? Any suggestions?

I made both jam AND jelly. The jelly came out fine (steam jiuced it first!)
but the jam failed to set up.
