I used a steam juicer and juiced a bunch of blackberries a year ago. Is this
juice still usable for making jelly? They (2 pints) have been stored in a cool dark cupboard the whole time and were hidden behind some other stuff and I just found them (now that a new blackberry season is upon us). Thanks, Phil dinghao1@ nospam comcast.net |
