Default How long to keep juice from steam juicer

I used a steam juicer and juiced a bunch of blackberries a year ago. Is this
juice still usable for making jelly? They (2 pints) have been stored in a
cool dark cupboard the whole time and were hidden behind some other stuff
and I just found them (now that a new blackberry season is upon us).

Thanks,
Phil

Did you *can* the juice with boiling water bath? Did you add sugar?

Depends on how you did it. I've got crab apple juice from last year (I
think), but it was processed in a boiling water bath. Reminds me -- I
might as well get *that* jelly made.

Yes to the hot water bath. No to the sugar. Now what?
