Default Putting it Dry

We had the loveliest mushrooms on sale, big firm fruits. I bought two bags
full & sliced & dried them babies. I ate some, too! These were the white
button variety. Planning on drying some of the portobellos as well, but I
like them a trifle smaller than a dinner plate for this!

You sure are lucky, mushrooms don't go on sale in our area until they
are about to go completely bad.
