After the country fair where none of the entries were opened, I was
really curious about the Dixie Classic. Well, every jar that won a ribbon had been opened and it appears that they were tasted. They only exception was the apple juice which won a blue ribbon. I guess that the others got filtered out before it got to tasting. It really feels better to know that there was a real competition. I will post pictures later. -- Susan N.
