Default Canning Hot Peppers

Every year a friend gives me hot peppers stuffed with cheese & ham in
a canning jar with oil. They are delicious & I want to prepare my own
without killing myself. I have a pressure canner & have grown many
peppers in preparation. My plan is to wash, gut, stuff, season &
pressure can in light olive oil (some vinegar)????? Not a clue & Not
afraid to screw up as long as I don't get sick or dead. Thanx
