Default rhubarb and.....

Lovely neighbour next door gave me free access to her rhubarb patch, so I've
got a bunch now and am wondering what to do with it. I have strawberries
from last Spring in the freezer that need to be used up before this year's
crop, so strawberry rhubarb jam is first up. Also have some frozen wild
blueberries so will try BlueBarb jam for the first time if I can Google the
group for the recipe. Both recipes will be made with low sugar Certo Light
powder.

Anybody got any other interesting ideas for rhubarb? I personally wouldn't
do anything with it if I wasn't getting it for free - might make a cobbler
or pie - no big rhubarb eaters here.....

thanks,
Kathi

time last year...sheesh!

I should pay more attention, eh? I'll read the rest of the thread from last
year and get my answers there....

The lighter color your hair is, the lighter in molecular attachment to the
cranium. Also density. Lighter colored hair allows air to enter the
inter-brainal atoms and cause confusion.
It's not your fault.

Well, gee golly whiz. I used to have brown hair with auburn tints, now
I'm an ash blonde. Does this mean I'm now an airhead? g

Yes. But it's okay. Just keep repeating, It's Not My Fault. In my case, the
blond going to white is doubled, and then tripled by vinegar fumes. Kinda
like a prophet. Yeah, that's the ticket, a prophet!
Edrena, Profit to St. Vinaigrette.

But then my son (who is blonde and has a blonde wife and child) says
that blonde is a state of mind not a hair color :-)

I was looking at our small patch or rhubarb the other day and found myself
thinking, "Hmmm. Rhubarb margaritas."

If I try it and it works out, I'll post.
