I ate at the Hacienda Del Mar in Bremerton, WA this week. Their take on
Arroz Con Pollo was great.

They saute chicken, mushrooms, onions, and celery in butter. They make a
sauce with tomato juice, peanut butter, oregano, salt and pepper. The suace
was quite interesting and now I have to try and recreate it.
