.. . Heading to Las Vegas for a few days and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for good Mexican Restaurants there. Thanks in advance. I'm not sure of Mexican specifically but you might try www.chowhound.com under the "southwest" geography. I know Arizona, New Mexico and even Utah get traffic for Mexican cuisine all the time but I can't remember seeing anything for LV. That'd be a great question, though, sure to get the local LV residents giving you some good rec. The Ranger |

Well there's the Guadalajara Bar & Grill at some Station casinos (Palace Station, Sunset Station), but Mexicans invaded the city about 10 years ago and there is an entire Mexican section of town (I forget where) that has restaurants galore. Stop by a supermarket and pick up a copy of the local Spanish newspaper and there should be plenty of restaurant ads. I was in Vegas last year and ate at plenty of cheap Mexican restaurants, you can find one in just about every shopping center. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- "Baby let's make a run for the border...I got a hunger only tacos can stop...just remember what I want to order...three tacos, two tostadas, and a soda pop...ye-eah...and don't forget the hot sauce, cholo!" -- Jennifer Lopez ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
