Default Is cooking Mexicans legal ???

I mean this seems to be a group about cooking Mexicans, so can I just
shoot some Mexican and cook him?

with the majority of mexicans living in usa and voting rites for
mexican elections, they need to vote to allow mexico to join the
united stapes..

itaso takes approval f congress to become a state. Not likely as mexixans are 100% pure laziness with nothing to offer the union. besides if Mexico is so grand and wonderful why would they want to leave?
