Eat Healthier "Learn How to Cook Like a Chef"!

FRISCO,TX - Oct 21, 2004 - In the hectic world we live in today... with two
income families, a high number of single parents, young singles on the fast
track, people believe they don't have the time to cook basic quality meals
at home. Because of the fast paced societies we have created, the majority
of parents have not taught their children to cook for several decades. So
our single young adults have trouble as well and children are at the mercy
of their parents. Most of these people fall in to this category of fast food
restaurant eaters, pre-cooked pre-packaged or frozen food/dehydrated food
eaters a majority of time. This global society of "easy eaters" we have
created spawns health problems, poor diet, and issues with being over
weight. These problems, although they are global, are more predominate in
the US. They span ever age range and culture.

There are many answers to these health issues related to food and cooking.
Most of these answers include trendy diets, case studies and specialty
products that miss the mark. Reason being, the real issue is knowledge of a
basic diet, the way we eat and how we cook. We are a culinary challenged
society and we except mediocrity in our diets, restaurant offerings, and
grocery selections. That novice cook needs the knowledge to cook healthy
meals at home that resemble a balanced diet. Since the quest for knowledge
in regards to food, and health is at an all time high, the novice cook has a
great need for simplified professional cooking instruction.

A small start up company- Simple Cooking, Inc was founded in January 2004.
This company's mission was to provide a form of professional cooking
instruction and Chef Mahdi Schindelheim has an answer to that need for
food/cooking knowledge on DVD. The thought was to provide them in a form of
media that could be distributed world-wide. Chef Mahdi Schindelheim has
invented a method to teach families to Eat Healthier and "Learn How to Cook
Like a Chef" on DVD that is entertaining, fun, and easy to follow. According
to Chef Mahdi Schindelheim "chefs have a reputation of being intimidating
and teaching complicated cooking" "we have removed those factors and made
the DVDs encouraging to the audience". The DVDs are composed of four levels,
with five DVDs in each level. Although, these DVDs are not directly
correlated to a dieting, Chef Mahdi Schindelheim contends that "if you learn
about cooking methods and what makes up a balanced diet, you will understand
how eat and cook healthier". To start your personal cooking instruction, you
