Grilling season is coming soon so I thought I would post this recipe again.
The Los Dos recipe for pickled onions using red onions and sour orange Juice. In my version I use blood oranges and lime juice becasue Sour Oranges are difficult to find and give a nice color also. I use Habanero peppers to taste in this and my Pineapple Vinegar and have used Sambal paste in a pinch. http://www.los-dos.com/recipes/verar...IdArticulo=213 |

Now back to getting the Cochinita Pibil ready for the party. |
