Default UK Supermarkets

Can anyone tell me who bought the following chains (mostly from the
70's era)?

Bejam
Budgen
Fine Fare
Gateway
International
Lipton
Mace

Presumably Co-Op are still going, although I never seen them on the
High Street. Also, has anyone ever seen a Woolco store?

Good luck!

Gateway were taken over by Safeway and I believe Fine Fare were swallowed up
by Sainsburys
