Default bagged produce

Hey - first time poster!

I heard about some new produce that is like bag lettuce - only peppers
and onions and celery and stuff. Supposedly it's cleaned and chopped
alredy. But I can't find it in my store (and I'm expecting a ton of
Thanksgiving guests). Anybody have a clue?
